PVC Shrink Film

DFC Packaging specialise in shrink and packaging films. Our range of PVC Shrink Film is available in 15, 19, 25 and 38 micron thicknesses we carry in stock roll widths from 250mm to 750mm depending on the micron size. Polyolefin (POF) Shrink Film

Our solid seal polyolefin shrink film is ideal for food packaging use, fully compliant with U.S.FDA requirements the film can be safely used in contact with most foods (refrigerant purposes only do not use when heating in conventional or microwave ovens) The polyolefin film comes in grades 1, 3, 4 & 6 each has significant features which enhance their performances from low to high shrink rates, some with anti-fogging capabilities. Polypropylene (BOPP) Film

Transparent, high gloss, biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film has excellent machine performance for over-wrap applications. The films design is ideal for print and laminations and is suitable for a wide variety of printing processes and inking systems. The film is treated one side and sealable both sides. Polyester (PET) Shrink Film

Standard shrink (SP19L) is a one sided, anti-static treated type heat shrinkable polyester film with excellent shrinking characteristic. It is applicable to various shrinkable packaging, such as outer wrapping for PET and glass bottles, cans and other kinds of containers. See our technical data section for specific information.

Aluminium Foil Trays (Smoothwall)

DFC Packaging supplies a lightweight, heavy duty range of different shapes and sizes of plain un-coated aluminium trays to meet the majority of industries needs. These have proved very popular in the meat, poultry and fishery industries they are fully recyclable and environmental friendly, ideally suited for both conventional and microwave ovens. DFC Packaging have include a range of internally Epoxy Lacquered smoothwall aluminium trays, specifically designed to assist in the extension of shelf life for highly acidic products. Lidding (Barrier) Film

Our range of barrier films are application specific designed, whether it’s a single cross polymer PET film with adhesive coating, or a full 3 layer lamination, our qualified technical sales team will be able to select the best lidding barrier film for your application.
